Since I regularly shop online, I am always on the lookout for additional deals. And nothing lures more than additional discounts. This is where coupons with added discount hold a special charm. On one such foray, I came across CouponzGuru which is a coupon website. I was pleased to note that it offers coupons for all my favorite shopping websites like FirstCry, Snapdeal, Myntra, Jabong, flipkart, babyoye and so on. You can also find coupons for travel deals and for eating out at Restaurants. The concept is simple and so is the execution.
My review of Couponzguru website:
Pros:
- It loads quickly and is user friendly: The coupons are displayed clearly and in bright colors to catch your eyes. There is a handy Search bar on the top right that allows you to quickly search for the specific website whose coupons you may be interested in. This is handy for those times when you are in a hurry to shop.
- The Menus are neat and extensive: The neatly categorized menu on tops lists down coupons separately for online shopping, travel and restaurant coupons. The online shopping tab again is divided into categories to enable you to find your coupons faster and in an effective manner.
- Quick move to the dealer website: Most coupons take you directly to the dealer website at the click of a button. There is no need for registrations or lengthy procedures. All you do is shop normally on the website and at checkout your coupon is automatically applied. This is really simple, convenient and easy.
- Easy, consumer–friendly design: They have kept the website simple and easy for even the newest of consumers to figure out and use. I like their approach to make it simple for the end consumer.
- Detailed coupons: The coupons given on the website are detailed. They give the terms and conditions in depth along with the validity. This is a very useful feature for the consumer.
Cons:
- Advertisement: Though the advertisements are clearly marked, they look so similar to coupons that some people may click on them in confusion. This could be avoided by changing the position of the ads to lower on the webpage.
- Information: It would be nice for the site to have a short writeup/page that explains to the end consumer the process of using the website and utilizing the coupon. For someone who is not familiar with online shopping, a βHow toβ approach can be comforting and can avoid confusion.
So there you have it! This is my review of CouponzGuru.com. It is definitely worth a try the next time you shop online especially when you are scouting for discount coupons. After all a good deal does not hurt anyone.
Pretty interesting review π Though on Point one of your cons, aren’t the ads how they make money. So getting the user to click (Even inadvertently) would be the motive, isn’t it ?
Yes, ads are a way of making money. But I think a Coupon website must not confuse their visitors by having ads that look so similar to coupons :).
After all their primary objective is to make sure that people get the coupons they want without any confusion. Thanks for reading, Sid!
I need to check this one out too! Thanks for the great review π
