I just have to write about this. I am not able to get any peace of mind since I heard this news yesterday morning. On Sunday night, a friend of mine who is expecting was cooking in her kitchen. She was frying something and her sub-2 year-old daughter was playing around. This little child came and pulled her mom or did something which caused the kadhai with hot oil to overturn spilling all its contents on the child’s face, neck and arm. The lady was also injured and her husband was away on a project abroad. She rushed her daughter with the help of friends to a very good hospital nearby who could not admit the child because they do not have a Burns Ward (sick). The child had to be taken in an ambulance to a far off hospital. She is admitted in the ICU and is still critical. We all are praying that she recovers.
It was so disturbing to hear this. This little child is so cute, sociable and I just can’t get her face out of my mind. I can not imagine the pain and the trauma this little one is going through. My heart goes out to her mother who herself is pregnant and needs to be careful about her own mental well-being. It is true that our lives reside in our children. We can go to any lengths to save our children from getting hurt. This is such a horrifically tragic event. This sweet lady, always smiling, so gentle and the sweet little child do not deserve to go through this. We would not wish this upon our enemies either.
My dear Ana, hope you have the strength to come out of this entire traumatic event stronger and more beautiful! Our love and wishes are with you.

No one is able to get away from these feeling in our layout. Ana is so dear to one and all. God can not be so cruel. I am not able to concentrate anywhere. Things are just stand still. May all our prayers be heard well. God bless the child and her mother too who is 7 months pregnant.
She is doing better and hopefully this wonderful trend will continue. I guess so many prayers just have to be answered.
