This is the only team in the IPL which stands out for NOT being a team. Their morale is at an all time low, as can be seen from the way they interact with each other. With so many controversies dogging the team from SRK’s interference to Buchanan’s decision of removing Dada from captaincy (which I felt was wise but did not click) to the fake IPL blog which created distrust among the team members and the management. The owner leaving a sinking ship and finally making jokes about his team’s performance could not be very healthy for the team’s morale. Now, nothing seems to be clicking for them. When they walk onto the field, one can almost feel pity for them and I think that they can sense that.
They must be almost waiting for the ordeal to end for them for them to put IPL season 2 behind them like a nightmare. Lessons – SRK should stick to singing and dancing, Buchanan is not doing a good job. Why would someone pay so much for Mortaza and not give him a single game when anyway no one in the team seems to perform? The batting, bowling and fielding have all been below par this far and there seems to be no hope for improvement.
they really are a joke i was so looking forward to them in first season. and in second season they are really a joke. Moving Ganguly from the captaincy really triggered in my opinion if had not performed well and then he was changed then it would have been a different story.
